From my point of view there are four basic things that you need to be aware of and take care to gain a good page rank in Google. The points are listed as below :
- Content :- you must try to put up unique content on your website. Search engine robots look for fresh and quality content on all websites on regular basis. Thus in order to have your website indexed well ahead of others than you must try to post fresh and quality content more frequently than others.
- Keywords :- you need to take care of keywords, as it is the most important factor in gaining the higher page rank in Google. You need to be well aware about the keywords and the phrases related to your content on the web-page and the articles that you post. If those keywords or content is proper and you are well aware of what people generally use than there is higher possibility that you get high Google ranking when people type that keyword or phrase. Many a times people impulsively use single word keyword, it do helps to bring the traffic but not necessarily it would result into sales or business transaction. So better choose specific keywords and phrases.
- Search Engine Submission :- once developed the website you must submit it to search engines. You need to submit your website to the search engine as submitting the URL to the search engine will result in more traffic. Submitting the website to the search engine means when the user is looking in search engine for topic related to your web, he will see your presence through the search engines.
- Strategic Linking :- You must try to exchange the few of the website links with the websites that have higher popularity rank. In doing so you will be able to drive some of the traffic from their website to yours. And doing this is not that tough. Write an article like this and post it to your web. If you are successful in getting one website that will use the article than you have created a link for your website automatically. So its pretty simple to gain the link.
